Hotel Botticelli - Florence

Excellent hotel with great amenities like wi-fi and 24-hour reception. The staff once helped me find good dining options, which I still remember. I'm coming back for Easter!

The public parking was nearby, good service. The guest room room included central heating, a safe box and TV set, we were happy about that. The breakfast was freshly cooked and satisfactory with a great cappuccino made to order; the staff was accommodating!

Well, the area was quite busy overall.

The restaurant food is great, and the breakfast offered is freshly prepared with a great cappuccino and awesome cappuccinos, as for instance:)))

Air conditioning could have been a bit colder in room but it was comfortable.

The breakfast was fresh made, they serve fab food. I truly enjoyed the twin room with good sized shower, a window view, for instance. The location was amazing, for example, a distinguished monument was at a walking distance from the hotel.

The breakfast was very good and the dining setting was nice. The whole ambiance of the hotel was so pleasant. The location of the hotel was better than I expected when I booked it. I wanted to be near the train station, which was a 15 minute walk.

We loved everything about this hotel except that the room was a bit small, although it had a nice charm.

The best thing about he hotel was the staff who were all very friendly and had all the information to hand. Very impressive.

I think the breakfast was far too basic and lacked anything hot. When travelling on a budget you need to make the most of a breakfast that is included in the price and I was disappointed.

Recommend it for solo travelers

The staff was attentive, and they even offered to carry my luggage while I was out exploring. One day, I came back from wandering around and found a complimentary glass of wine waiting for me in the lobby. It was a warm touch that really made my day.

It wasn't inexpensive but it was definitely worth it for the experience.

The fact that they had no WiFi services in the room was a huge disappointment. They claimed it was broken however I do not believe they had it for thr rooms at all. They did offer it in the lobby if you wanted to drag your laptop down.

It made exploring the city so enjoyable. The rooms werevery comfy and tidy, perfect for a single traveler looking to recharge after a long day of sightseeing, but the decor could use some updating.

The location of the hotel is very good, close to the train station and the city by walking. The staff are friendly. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was good with enough space. The breakfast was good. The common areas are very beautiful and confortable.

I had contacted the hotel in advance and had a very pleasant correspondence with staff which made us look forward to our stay even more. We even had a choice of the room which turned out to be exactly what we wanted: well arranged furniture, quiet and extremely clean. We do a lot of city tours and have stayed at a lot of hotels. We can truly say this is one of the best and such very good value for money. The staff is genuinely friendly and helpful, the breakfast good and the location just brilliant! So all in all we highly recommend it!

Noise levels at night could use improvement!!! Cramped bathrooms necessitate better layout design!!! Hotel updates are overdue and can enhance guest experience!!! Room storage options need expansion for longer stays!!!
